The 7 major processes of gift box production:
、 Plate making, nowadays gift boxes are exquisite in appearance, so the colors of the plates produced are also varied. Usually, a style of gift box not only has four basic colors, but also several spot colors, such as gold and silver, which are all spot colors.
、 Paper selection: Ordinary gift box wrapping paper is made of double copper and matte copper paper, with weights of 128G, 105G, and 157G. Few gift box wrapping papers have a weight of over 200G. Due to the thick wrapping paper, gift boxes mounted on it are prone to bubbles and look dull from the outside. Paper mounting is the process of selecting the appropriate double grey paper based on customer needs, commonly known as grey board paper or grey cardboard.
、 Printing and gift boxes only use printing wrapping paper, and mounting paper does not print, at most it is only dyed. As gift boxes are outer packaging boxes, the printing requirements are very high, and color differences, ink dots, and poor printing are the most taboo defects that affect aesthetics.

、 Appearance treatment: The packaging paper of gift boxes usually needs to be treated with appearance treatment, commonly including gloss glue, matte glue, UV glue, gloss oil, and matte oil.
、 Beer, beer is a relatively important part of printing technology. To make the beer accurate, the knife mold must be made accurately. If the beer is not accurate, the beer may deviate, and the beer may not be accurate, it will affect the subsequent processing.
、 Usually, printed materials are mounted first and then aged, but gift boxes are mounted first and then aged. Firstly, there is a fear of getting the paper wrapped in flowers, and secondly, the overall beauty of the gift box is considered. The mounting paper of the gift box must be handmade in order to achieve a certain level of beauty.
、 Finally, punch the holes that need to be punched, and wipe the adhesive on the surface of the non punched ones, and then they can be packaged and delivered.
