1、 Paper raw materials used:

Strict inspections are required for each batch of paper raw materials, such as moisture content, thickness, weight, stiffness, color, tension, and so on. Check one by one, and if there are any technical standards that do not comply, discard them directly. Avoid color differences due to differences in paper materials. Causing unnecessary cost waste.

2、 Ink:

The ink used for packaging color box printing must meet general industry standards. In addition to quantitative analysis of standard printing ink by suppliers, regular testing may also be conducted internally during production. Including indicators such as ink strength, grayscale, hue error, viscosity, fineness, coloring power, transparency, color stability, etc., the technical standards of ink meet the usage standards. Each batch of ink has detailed and authentic indicator testing data, which is compared with standard ink indicators. Measure the thickness of the rubber blanket and printing plate to meet the standard data. Timely replace the UV lamp to avoid affecting the ink curing speed and the printing quality of the color box due to the power attenuation of the UV lamp. Timely replace the printing plate that has reached the specified print run to avoid any slight wear and tear on the pattern that may affect the printing color effect.
